Telexfree Introduces TelexCard International, Discontinues International Bank and Wire Withdrawals

INTRODUCING TELEXCARD INTERNATIONAL

For a few days now, lots of readers on this blog have complained about their inability to withdraw Telexfree earnings from their eWallet through their registered bank account(s) or wire transfer

One blog reader named "singhajs", drew our attention for the first time that Telexfree now requires non-US international affiliates to "...only transfer money via a Prepaid card from ewallet. Other options disabled for International customers!" The link to his complete comment is below.

Following the complaints and comments we received over these days, and despite "singhajs" comments, we wondered exactly what was wrong at Telexfree this time around, and why the company had not communicated its affiliates.

Yesterday, many of us woke up to the Back Office announcement of the introduction of the "TelexCard International" by Telexfree Inc thus confirming the comments by "singhajs". A screenshot of the official announcement is shown below (TIP: click image to enlarge).

The announcement ran thus:

The time you all have been waiting for is here! Telexcard International has finally arrived! From now on you are able to receive all of your Telexfree International earnings anywhere in the world. Login to your E-wallet account and request your TelexCard International right now!

*Cash withdrawal from ATMs.
Following this announcement, all non-US based, international Telexfree affiliates are expected to request for and start using the TelexCard to do transactions on their iPayout eWallet. It is yet unclear whether the company's US-based affiliates are also affected by this.

INTERNATIONAL BANK AND WIRE WITHDRAWALS DISCONTINUED

The Back Office announcement gave an insight into the reason behind the problems people have been experiencing trying to withdraw and/or wire earnings from their eWallet. TelexFree was planning an alternative means of withdrawal i.e. the TelexCard International; and had therefore suspended support for withdrawals via eWallet for its promoters. 

The same blog reader we referred to above, "singhajs", had also gone on to note that only USA banks were accessible through iPayout eWallet for Telexfree; thus, effectively rendering it impossible for international promoters to withdraw directly to their banks or do wires.

He notes that he "...called Ewallet customer service, they told me that the only way to transfer money from outside USA is to order a Prepaid card or add a Debit Credit card." See his comments here.

Typical of Telexfree, no reason has been given for this as at the time of publishing this.

This may be a good development, but Telexfree as a company needs to learn to take its promoters into its confidence, and make announcements in a timely and transparent manner, so it does not keep its affiliates guessing and groping in the dark, and going through unnecessary panic and emotional stress; something the company seems habitually so good at doing presently. - See more at: http://www.saibaworld.com/2014/04/telexfree-introduces-telexcard-international.html#more
