For a few days now, lots of readers on this blog have complained about their inability to withdraw Telexfree earnings from their eWallet through their registered bank account(s) or wire transfer. 

One blog reader named "singhajs", drew our attention for the first time that Telexfree now requires non-US international affiliates to "...only transfer money via a Prepaid card from ewallet. Other options disabled for International customers!" The link to his complete comment is below.

Following the complaints and comments we received over these days, and despite "singhajs" comments, we wondered exactly what was wrong at Telexfree this time around, and why the company had not communicated its affiliates.

Yesterday, many of us woke up to the Back Office announcement of the introduction of the "TelexCard International" by Telexfree Inc thus confirming the comments by "singhajs". A screenshot of the official announcement is shown below (TIP: click image to enlarge).

Following this announcement, all non-US based, international Telexfree affiliates are expected to request for and start using the TelexCard to do transactions on their iPayout eWallet. It is yet unclear whether the company's US-based affiliates are also affected by this.

INTERNATIONAL BANK AND WIRE WITHDRAWALS DISCONTINUED

The Back Office announcement gave an insight into the reason behind the problems people have been experiencing trying to withdraw and/or wire earnings from their eWallet. TelexFree was planning an alternative means of withdrawal i.e. the TelexCard International; and had therefore suspended support for withdrawals via eWallet for its promoters. 

The same blog reader we referred to above, "singhajs", had also gone on to note that only USA banks were accessible through iPayout eWallet for Telexfree; thus, effectively rendering it impossible for international promoters to withdraw directly to their banks or do wires.

He notes that he "...called Ewallet customer service, they told me that the only way to transfer money from outside USA is to order a Prepaid card or add a Debit Credit card." See his comments here.

Typical of Telexfree, no reason has been given for this as at the time of publishing this.

Know Yourself. Face Your Fear. Follow Your Heart.

There’s one thing I can absolutely guarantee will happen to you at some point in your life. You will look back and say, “Wish I knew then what I know now.”

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not the kind of guy that does that a lot. Long ago, a friend told me, “Never look back. You can go crazy wondering what could have been.” I’ve never forgotten his advice and, sure enough, I rarely look back.

But here’s the thing: There’s a good reason why I don’t have to. For whatever reason, I’ve always followed the path that seemed right to me. I took risks when I needed to. And I didn’t let fear get in my way. Sure, I’ve spent a good part of my life terrified, but I highly recommend it.

That said, there have been moments when I regretted what I’d done or, more frequently, what I didn’t do. To help you minimize those bitter moments, here’s some advice for those who are just getting started.

Observe people. You see a crazy number of laundry lists of attributes and behaviors that successful people are supposed to have, but if I had to pick one – just one thing that made all the difference – it’s observing people. Everything in business is about people. If you get people, you’ll probably kill it out there.

Take the first step in the right direction. No, I’m not trying to be absurd. Of course you can’t know in advance what the right direction is. But if an opportunity arises and you don’t take that first step, if you don’t go for it, if you don’t say, “OK, let’s rock,” I can absolutely guarantee you’ll never find the right direction. Learn to say yes ... a lot. If it scares you, all the more reason.

Build relationships. If you’re a people person, then friendships and relationships come naturally to you. If not, it wouldn’t hurt for you to get to work on that a bit. No, I’m not saying you can’t be successful if you’re introverted. Of course you can. All I know is, life is like a tree that branches like crazy, and each branch usually involves a person.

Find a way to do what you find exciting. The hands-down best piece of advice I ever got was when someone told me that digital technology was going to become huge. That was in 1977. I don’t know why, but it sounded exciting. And following that path was the hands-down smartest thing I ever did. If it sounds exciting to you, that’s your heart telling you something. Listen. And find a way to do it.

Be geographically mobile. Most of the people I knew growing up that never left, never went anywhere in life. If that was their choice, fine. But I bet many would do it differently if they could do it over. Steve Jobs grew up in Silicon Valley. That was the luck of the draw. Most of us aren’t that lucky. Don’t let geographic boundaries stand in the way of your future.

Try to save money for after college. I speak with a lot of college grads that took out loans, had all sorts of side jobs, and when they finally graduated, ran out of steam … meaning money. If you’re a hot software developer, companies may fly you around and roll out the red carpet. But the rest of you have to pay your own way to interview, relocate, get an advanced degree, or maybe even start your own company.

If it isn’t working, try something different. It’s not always easy to know that what you’re doing isn’t working, but let’s put it this way. If you’re miserable and you would rather be anywhere doing anything but where you are doing what you’re doing, it’s safe to say it’s time for a change. Don’t wait. If you’re not sure, trust your gut.

Regret is the most tragic thing in life. The best way to avoid it is to know yourself, face your fear and follow your heart.

While those two questions don’t appear to be related at first glance, the answers are almost one and the same.

It’s often easy to spot an inexperienced leader. If you see someone raising his voice at employees, stuttering nervously in front of a group or avoiding admitting when he’s wrong, that’s a person who is just starting out.

Corentin, if you want to stand out as a leader, a good place to begin is by listening. Any organization’s best assets are its people, and if you are ready to help the team to achieve its goals, you can start gathering information on how to move things along just by paying attention to what employees are saying.

This skill will help you throughout your career. Leaders who are great listeners are often terrific at uncovering and putting in place strategies and plans that have a big impact. (A term one of my editors suggested is “force multipliers.”)

Which brings me to Lola’s question. It has turned out that Virgin’s successes have allowed my colleagues and me to devote a lot of our time and energy to helping others. Providing the encouragement and advice that young people need to start companies and help their communities is one of the most rewarding things we do.

There is never enough time or money to help everyone who needs it, so we use our background in business and leadership to try to reach as many people as we can -- multiplying our forces! Adam Jones, one of the co-owners of CrossFit Witham, a minimalist gym in the city of Lincoln, explained that what sets his fledgling business apart is its friendly atmosphere. His gym only offers free weights -- no treadmills or weight machines -- and no heating in winter; everyone is expected to pitch in, and they work out together. 

This has fostered a close community among the members, and Adam wanted to know how to keep that personal touch when his business expands to new sites and as membership increases.

I explained that we at Virgin often worry about the same things as our startups become established. In every case, maintaining the staff’s connections with the customers and each other helps to preserve that unique energy.

I suggested to Adam that he delegate more decisions to his team, so they can run the first club and maintain and grow those relationships. In the meantime, his job should be mostly to look for and set up the second site. His company’s potential for growth hinges on his ability to let go.

Tom Travers and Sophie Frost, the co-founders of Yucoco, have a different challenge as they try to build their brand in the confectionery market. Their business idea does stand out: Yucoco helps customers to design and create personalized chocolate bars using an array of tempting toppings and chocolate options, with delicious results. Their challenge is to break through in a market where enormous advertising budgets are the norm.

Tom and Sophie just launched their startup in January, and they asked me for advice on how to tell potential customers about their chocolates and their brand. I explained that customers are an artisan confectioner’s best advocates -- word-of-mouth marketing will be the most effective way of spreading the news. Knowing this, they should look to social media to promote their new bars and flavors. The early signs are good, judging by their efforts online, and I’m looking forward to tasting the chocolate bar they’re creating for me.

After 40 years in business, I really enjoy helping young entrepreneurs to get started, and conversations like these sometimes provide me with new insights as well. This is a true “force multiplier,” in that we help each other. Nigeria, Israel sign bilateral cooperation on agric

The Federal Government on Friday signed a joint declaration for bilateral cooperation on agriculture with the State of Israel.The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina, who signed on behalf of the Nigerian government in Abuja, described the partnership as the beginning of great things to be achieved in the sector.

Adesina, who played host to a delegation from Israel at the headquarters of the ministry, said the collaboration would help boost fish production in Nigeria, improve on micro irrigation and facilitate agricultural mechanisation in the country.
He said, “Nigeria will work closely with the State of Israel to boost fish production so as to cut down on the amount spent yearly importing fish. It will interest you to know that Nigeria spends N125bn annually on fish import alone and this ought not to be considering the abundant water resources in this country.“The cooperation will also include areas of beef production, horticulture and training.
They (Israel) will help also us structure our rural communities in a way that youths in these communities will be able to create wealth through agricultural activities instead of migrating from their local areas.”The minister explained that the Federal Government had intensified efforts in making sure that private investors were involved in the business of agriculture in Nigeria.According to him, the President had directed that private investors be wooed to the agricultural sector so as to drive wealth creation for agriculturists, adding that about $4bn private sector investments had been invested in the industry.

Adesina explained that the Israeli-Nigerian bilateral cooperation would foster developments in the sector and “would impact tremendously on private sector businesses, bringing wealth to youths by creating gainful jobs.”The minister told the Israeli delegation that Nigeria used to be a major player in the global agricultural market, as it was the largest producer of groundnut and palm oil globally in the 1960s.

He noted that the over reliance on oil as the main source of foreign exchange led to the abandonment of agriculture and called on the Israeli team to support the country in revamping the agricultural sector.In his address, the Israeli Minister of Agriculture, Mr.

Yair Shamir, said his country was willing to cooperate with the Nigerian government to develop agriculture in Nigeria.He said the Israeli government would commence the cooperation by training some employees of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, adding that the partnership was aimed at securing food for both nations.Shamir said, “We want to supply more advanced products to the Nigerian people and this is because we have a lot of technology and ideas that we will like to share.”

ChannelsTV reports that members of the Kano emirate called Dabo Family Women Association gathered today to celebrate the suspension of the CBN governor, Sanusi Lamido.

Addressing a news conference at the Emir’s palace on Saturday, a family member, Hajia Binta Sanusi, said that the suspension was “an honour done to their son who served his country truthfully and was later rewarded with mischievous allegations”.

The women, comprising mothers, sisters and in-laws of the suspended apex bank governor, seemed happy even when some Nigerians have condemned the suspension.

They said there was no cause for alarm, as Sanusi had proved to be trust worthy, having transformed the Nigerian economy in five years.

To start this business, you must register as a Promoter.

Monthly Product Purchase

The monthly product purchase could be done by you or by anyone that bought the software through you website link. What the company is saying here is that every month, you must be able to generate a customer who buys the product. The truth is, you can also be the customer. For me, it is still a very good deal in the sense that I can be my own customer and whenever I buy the software, I still get paid back about 44.10 as commission meaning that what I have actually paid for the software is $5!

It should also be noted that this same software I have bought can also be sold out again to someone who needs it. Meanwhile if someone buys the software from my website in any particular month, I do not need to buy it again that month because I already have a customer for that month and I will still get my 90% commission on that customer.

That’s all with registration. Once the form is submitted successfully, check your

E-WALLET

To make payment your e-wallet has to be activated. What is E-wallet?

This is a special account that will be open for you by Telexfree and this is where all your money will be paid into. This is where you also make your withdrawal from. To activate your e-wallet, an activation link will be sent to you by Telexfree. Click on it and change your password (optional) once you log in to the e-wallet area. To prevent fraud, Telexfree usually requests that everyone must send in via upload, an identification document that is government recognized. This could be an international passport data page, driver’s licence, or national id card, e.t.c.

Once the document is scanned, just send it as email attachment to:

With this done, you are ready to start business.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

Payments can be made in 3 ways;

1. Through international bank wire transfer into Telexfree account in the US.

This could take up to 3 working days to complete. It also comes with some additional bank charges. You need to have a dollar domiciliary account to use this option or you look for someone who has. To use this option,you will have to log into your e-wallet account and click on “Deposit Fund”. There are 4 options there but the only one relevant to us here in Nigeria for now is “Wire Transfer to e-Wallet”. Once you click on this, the system will ask for your domiciliary account details, the amount you will be depositing, and the time you want to make the deposit. Once you submit the form, a summary of your transaction will be generated with a “reference number” which must be quoted when you are sending the money from your bank.

The above process may look complicated but it gives you control over the  transaction. If you have what it takes, this is my recommended option for you.

2. The second option is if you have a master or visa card that can be used. The one I use personally which I have also used on the platform of Telexfree is the Zenith bank Buxz Card. It is a non-personalized prepaid visa card. You can enter any Zenith bank branch near you and request for it. You will need an identification document, and a minimum of $100 to get this card activated. You can get it within a day.

Once you have this card preloaded with your Telexfree registration fee

($389 or $1475), you will have to log into your e-wallet to register the card and verified it. In verifying the card, you will be directed in 4 steps. Once this card is verified for use, then you can make your payment with it. The only thing is there is a limited amount you can spend monthly using this card and that is $1500.It means that if you are registering as Ad Central Family and you prefer to use the card option, once you do a Family pack registration in a month, you cannot transact any other thing with that same card again on the platform of Telexfree in that same month. If you have what it takes, the card option is another good option as it gives you direct control over your transaction.

3. The 3rd and last option is the fastest and least complicated out of all the options I have discussed. This option allows for a 3rd party to help you make your payment while you in turn pay the person in cash. This can be done in 24 hrs. Currently, most people who are already making weekly money in Telexfree used this as a major way of selling their dollars! It means if you want to come on board today with an Ad Central Family, you can pay your $1475 (N258,125) to me and I in return will complete your registration from where I am, using the dollars available in my e-wallet.

This is the fastest way to start especially when you are dealing with people who are very honest.

If you are coming on board through my link after reading through this report, I can help you via this method without any problem but if you have all the requirements for the first 2 methods discussed, I encourage you to do it yourself.

HOW TO POST MY ADVERTS

You must commence your advert posting the day your registration is fully completed.

You must log into your Telexfree account with your username and password (not the secondary password).You will be taken into an area called the “Back Office” Once you get there, you will see different icons. Look for dvertise. Once you click on it, it will give you 3 different drop down options;

1. Choose Ads – All the ads have been written with your link attached;

2. Publish sites – These are the various websites that you can publish your

adverts on;

3. Validate Ads – This is where you verify the adverts Let me quickly show you how I post my own ads within 2-5 minutes.

One of the publishing sites I use regularly is: www.telexads.com

Forget all those 3 steps I mentioned above.

Follow these step by step process everyday and you won’t regret it:

1. Go to www.telexads.com (a different website entirely)

2. You will see an advert generator there with a space for you to just put your

Telexfree username;

3. Insert your Telexfree username in that space;

4. Click on Generate;

5. A Main Ad Central link and 4 additional Ad (1, 2, 3, 4) links will be generated.

6. If you register for the Ad Central package, copy only the Main Ad Central

advert link generated.

7. Log into your telexfree account and click on Advertise. Go to Validate

adverts. Once you get there, you will notice 3 spaces. The first one is Main

Adcentral. The second space is for Publishing sites. The third is for the advert

link you have generated from telexads.

8. For Ad Central promoters, leave the first row of space as Main Ad Central.

Type www.telexads.com into the space for the publishing site. Paste the copied link generated from telexads into the third row of space and click on validate.

9. Once it is validated, you will see a pop up message that reads “Save successfully”.

10. For Ad Central Family, you will repeat this process 5 times and copy the different links generated from telexads. After copying the main link and verify it, you will have to copy the links for Ad central additional1,2,3,& 4.To submit them individually, you will have to change the first row of space inside the validation page of your telexfree account accordingly. This is crucial for you to understand.

If the advert is not well validated, it will state it. For you to confirm if the validation has been well done, please go back into the home page of your back office area and click on My Adcentral. You will see a verified sign marked in green colour. If it is not welldone, it will be a crossed marked in red. If this is the case, delete and resubmit for verification.

COMPENSATION PLAN OF TELEXFREE

The first 2 of the compensation plans have been discussed in PART 1 of this

material. The remaining 6 ways of earning will now be discussed fully.

Sponsorship Bonus
